
As part of our ongoing collaboration with game developers, Audiokinetic is coordinating a Wwise Tour around the world. Wwise Tour 2018 aims to share the creative works and expertise of game audio teams, with the worldwide gaming community.
For the Stockholm event, we have the honor to host Tencent Games from China and Remedy Entertainment from Finland who will share their creative works. Reserve your seat!

Here is what we have planned for the event:

Remedy Entertainment is one of the longest standing game studios in Finland. They have been creating action games that push boundaries of the medium since 1995. Some of their most famous titles include Max Payne, Alan Wake, and Quantum Break. They have been using Wwise for all of their game projects for a number of years now. Members of Remedy's audio team, Martin Bussy-Pâris, senior technical audio designer, and Perttu Lindroos, senior audio programmer, will go through some of the systems and designs they have developed for Northlight, Quantum Break and Remedy's upcoming title, Control. |

| Martin has worked at Remedy Entertainment since 2013, specializing in audio integration, system design and creative and hacky ways to use Wwise. In addition to his work for Remedy, he develops game audio-related side projects and teaches at ENJMIN. | Perttu has worked at Remedy Entertainment since 2016, maintaining the Wwise integration of Remedy's Northlight engine and developing new audio features with the emphasis on generic and systemic solutions. In his free time he works on his own game and audio-related code projects as well as several music projects. |

As one of the best mobile game teams in China, Tencent TIMI Studio Group is widely acclaimed for its groundbreaking titles, including some bestsellers rated by players as their favorite for years. TIMI Studio Group is also the first adopter of Wwise as an audio middleware for mobile games in China market. It has launched almost ten game projects using Wwise, and accumulated plenty of development experience. During this Wwise Tour, our audio team will present you with several high-quality game audio projects, such as Arena of Velor, Call of Duty Mobile, Honor of Kings, to share their experience and expertise, and expose their creative and technical thinking on sound design, HDR mix, spatial audio, mobile considerations etc. |
